Brighton Ki Society will be hosting the Personal Kiatsu® Seminar No.2 (Year 2) with Bob Hart Sensei on the weekend of Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd of March 2015.

Bob Hart Sensei
Bob Hart Sensei is a Kiatsu Associate Lecturer, Full Ki Lecturer, Okuden Ki rank and a Shinshin Toitsu Aikido 7th Dan. He has been teaching for over 30 years.
Venue
Brighton Ki Centre, Ground Floor Studio, 12 Queen Square, Brighton, BN1 3FD.

Schedule
All members to be changed and ready on the tatami 15 minutes before start time.
Saturday:
Open to all Dan grades and is especially recommended for instructors of classes as well of course for those students on the Personal Kiatsu Programme.
10:30 – 13:00 – Personal Kiatsu
14:00 – 18:00 – Personal Kiatsu
Sunday:
Open to students on the Personal Kiatsu Programme.
10:00 – 13:00 – Personal Kiatsu
14:00 – 17:30 – Personal Kiatsu
